This post is rippin'

So I have this thing in class now where I am buying bonding time/friendship with my children by having them draw me pictures and I give them 50 bonus points in return. Not only is it a good way to get my walls decorated, but they all crack up at the pictures, and for some reason think its funny they give them to me. Well anyways, I got the first batch in of them today. I think I have a bit of a grand scheme of things when it comes to them, but I'll keep that as a secret until the time comes.

^^ that devilish wonder is done by Nick

^^thats Minnie Mouse...awkward.

This one is my personal favorite so far. I love the "Lazy!" part. What does that even mean? Clazy Koreans. Im not sure you can tell but she actually took a ton of time cutting out some of the letters in the words. Its pretty awesome. Thats Anna, btw. I can tell she is a total nerd.

So I suppose thats all the excitement I've had going on in my life. I had to teach in front of parents today. That was a stressfest to the max. I still haven't passed the course on how to judge Korean facial expressions, so I was pretty nervous the entire time. Couldn't tell if they were happy or sad. But then after my school owner came in and introduced me to most and said they were so happy with how I taught and that and I think it might have turned my branch manager away from the path of possibly hating me and towards the path of being really pleased with me. But like I said, I still fail at Expressions 101.

Also, I have a Korean friend. I mean for real, too. He is awesome. His name is Jake and he has been most helpful in life. Plus he is awesome, when he isn't keeping me out till 3am every night he gets the chance. Oh well. One more pic of me, Jake, and his Korean girl-something-or-another. I forget her name. I'm awful with names.

ps check out her eye. It looks like its about to pop out of her head! wtf!
